Kayts

Features

Everything Kayts can do

One chat for questions, photos, files, papers and sound, in your language. What each part does, how to use it and which plan has it.

All features

Every plan

Write and ask

Drafts, rewrites, explanations and plans, in the language you write in. For harder questions it can think first, and you choose how long.

How to use it

  1. Type your question, or paste the text you want changed.
  2. For a hard one, turn on Thinking and pick how long it may think.
  3. Ask for it shorter, warmer or more formal, in any language.

Every plan

Photos and files

Show it a photo, a screenshot, a PDF, a Word or Excel file and ask about it in the same message. Photos lose their location data on the way.

How to use it

  1. Drag photos or files into the chat, or paste a screenshot.
  2. Ask your question about them in the same message.
  3. Scanned PDFs are read with text recognition, up to 30 pages.

Every plan

Research with sources

Search over 250 million scholarly works from OpenAlex, paste a DOI or a ResearchGate link, or add your own papers. Each claim is cited, and Kayts says when your sources don't cover the question.

How to use it

  1. Open Research in the side panel and search, or paste a DOI or link.
  2. Add up to 12 sources: open-access papers come in full, the rest as abstracts.
  3. Ask. Answers cite like [1]; in any chat it also looks papers up on its own.

Every plan

Atlas

Type a topic and Kayts draws a map of it: the main ideas around the centre, the details around them. A quick way into something new, or a summary of what you know.

How to use it

  1. Open Atlas in the side panel and type a topic.
  2. Watch the map grow from the centre, branch by branch.
  3. Expand a node, have it explained simpler, or ask about it in the chat. Maps are saved.

Every plan

Audio

Add recordings and music, play them right there and ask about them: a summary of a meeting, the words of an interview, what a piece sounds like. The files stay in your browser tab.

How to use it

  1. Open Audio in the side panel and drop MP3, WAV, M4A or other sound files, up to 200 MB.
  2. Play them, then press Describe or Transcribe, or type a question.
  3. Kayts listens to the first 10 minutes of a recording, which aren't stored.

Every plan, more on higher ones

Kayts Voice Mode

Talk with Kayts the way you would with a person and hear the answers in a natural voice. Handy on a walk, in the kitchen, or when typing is slow.

How to use it

  1. Press the voice button next to the message box.
  2. Talk naturally; Kayts answers aloud in a natural voice.
  3. Pick the voice you like for each language. Plus, Pro and Max give 2×, 3× and 4× more time.

And the rest of the chat

Thinking mode

For harder questions the model reasons before it answers. You choose how long it may think; longer is slower and more careful.

Every plan

Memory

Kayts can remember facts you share, like your job or how you like answers written, and use them in new chats. Settings → Memory shows all of it, and you can delete any of it.

Pro and Max

Dictation

Speak into the message box instead of typing, in your language, then read it over before you send.

Every plan

Share a chat

Make a read-only link to one conversation and send it to anyone. You can stop sharing at any time.

Every plan

Your data, your call

Accounts and chats are kept in the European Union. Settings → Account downloads all your data or deletes the account; one switch decides whether chats may help train future models.

Every plan

Five models

Kayts Mihr in every plan; Kayts Anahit from Plus; Kayts Siran and Nareia from Pro; Kayts Monte in Max. Pick one from the model menu in the chat.

Try it on your own work

The Free plan has every feature on this page except Memory and the stronger models. No card needed.
